Our team of luxury consultants connect directly with students all around the world who are looking for support in achieving their goals. Whether a student is looking for accelerated learning to improve their skills or an alternative approach to establishing business credit as a product-based brand, our academic consultants are prepared to guide them to the best solution for them.
Empathy and a vigilant focus on the customer is a must for joining our luxury consultant team. These aren’t your typical sales conversations. You’ll be connecting with hard working business owners, creatives, healers and in general just dope black women to talk about their future, and will often feel like you’re a part of their journey and success story too.
At the AfroDomme Network, you don’t have to worry about feeling disconnected over the internet. We’ve been mastering remote work culture since our founding in 2017. We have systems in place so colleagues can get to know each other not only professionally, but also as friends—and have a lot of fun along the way.
Qualifications:
MUST have reliable internet at home
and a dedicated work computer NO EXCEPTIONS!
Education, Business, or Coaching experience is preferred
Already an active student of the AfroDomme Academy strongly preferred
High empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand students' educational needs and make product/service recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Conflict management skills and the ability to use high-level judgement when managing student behavior
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Strong preference for some evenings and weekends if available
Responsibilities:
Host potential customers who have requested coaching, course or membership support in virtual webinar
Facilitate a consultative conversation to understand potential customer needs and recommend a customized solution
Ethically complete transactions and/or follow-up conversation with prospective clients
Attend live training facilitated remotely via Zoom and pre-recorded modules
